1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect


2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
- Clear photo/video evidence of the issue (damaged or wrong item)

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please contact our customer service team at admin@drseol.kr with the following:

- Full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.


4. Refund Method
Once your return is approved:

- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

- Change of mind after purchase
- Skin reactions or allergies (we recommend patch testing before full use)
- Items not purchased directly from www.drseol.kr
- Orders reported after the 7-day window
- Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged or faulty)


6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs

Otherwise, return shipping costs are non-refundable
