Thank you for shopping at DRSEOL, a brand by Clarte Holding Sdn. Bhd. We aim to deliver your skincare products safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your orders.
1. Delivery Partner
All orders are fulfilled and delivered via our trusted logistics partner, Ninja Van, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery throughout Malaysia.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- Peninsular Malaysia
- Sabah & Sarawak
- For international orders, please stay tuned—we’re expanding soon!
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from Ninja Van.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Location and Estimated Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia 1–4 business days
- Sabah & Sarawak 4–7 business days
- Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or sales events.
5. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping (West Malaysia): RM 7.00 - RM15.00
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM 15.00 - RM20.00
Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM200
6. Tracking Your Order
Track your order at any time using the tracking link provided by Ninja Van. You can also visit [https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking] and enter your tracking number.
Anyway, you will receive an email from DRSEOL with a Tracking ID and you can check your parcel shipment and delivery details in the system.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is:
- Delayed beyond the estimated timeframe
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Damaged during transit
Please contact us at admin@drseol.kr within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll work closely with Ninja Van to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- We will notify you via email
- Re-delivery charges may apply
